SR California is a complete on-demand ride-hailing and delivery ecosystem built around three connected mobile applications: a Rider app, a Driver app, and a Food/Store delivery app. Together, these apps form a unified platform that connects passengers, drivers, and local businesses within the same region.
The Rider app allows customers to request rides, track drivers in real time, view fare estimates, and order food or goods from local stores — all from a single account. The Driver app gives drivers a dedicated interface to receive ride and delivery requests, navigate to pickup and drop-off points, manage earnings, and track trip history. The Food/Store app extends the platform into delivery, allowing local restaurants and shops to list their products and receive orders that are fulfilled through the same driver network.
The project involved developing three interconnected native Android applications sharing a single backend system, real-time GPS tracking and dispatch logic, in-app payments, order and ride management, and a synchronized database ensuring riders, drivers, and stores all operate within one seamless ecosystem — built and maintained by Bercodetech.
