The admin dashboard includes order and invoice management with customer name, order date, and delivery date tracking, shareable and printable order links and invoices, driver assignment for each order, and a multi-stage status tracker (Submitted, Preparing, Ready, On Way, In Location, Delivered) so staff can monitor every order in real time. Additional modules cover product and category management, units of measurement, cuisine types, a food list, driver management, customer/owner accounts, purchases, daily reports, sales stats, SMS notifications, and an integrated chat system.
The platform allows filtering by unassigned orders and sorting by delivery priority, giving the operations team full visibility and control over daily deliveries. Bercodetech built this as a complete, centralized back-office system — replacing manual order tracking with a structured digital workflow tailored to Gaper House Inc's wholesale operations.
